After a near-death accident in 2020, I embarked on a journey to heal myself; physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Through many trials and errors, I have learned a tremendous amount about my personal well-being as it relates to the mind, body, and spirit. Now that I have grown to greater heights than I ever believed possible, I feel called to share these lessons with people looking for guidance in their development journey.

1) Learning foundational breathing practices that alter the body's physiology. We must first find greater harmony in our body to function at our best.
2) Find clarity in our life's purpose and start with the end in mind. In a world with endless things to do, getting clear on what is most important to you is necessary to cultivate personal alignment.
3) Leverage science-based habit building techniques; master the mind and cultivate exceptional discipline. A ton of inspiration is worth less than an ounce of action. The best ideas only work when you do.
